How do you see digitalisation reshaping the real estate sector in CEE?

Digitalisation is reshaping every industry, and real estate will not be an exception. AI adds a new layer to this shift and is likely to be one of the most consequential changes we have seen since the rise of the internet.

Over the next decade, the companies that embrace this transition with conviction will be the ones that lead. This is why we are investing significantly in our data infrastructure and digital capabilities, because this is where future competitiveness will be defined in CEE real estate.

New leases

  • Danish tech company Aeven, which provides comprehensive services in the areas of IT infrastructure, cloud computing and cybersecurity, has completed the relocation of its Czech branch to new HQ in the Port7 complex in Prague’s Holešovice district. Colliers handled the lease and fit-out works for the new office.
  • Eazy Asigurări has leased 1,000 sqm within Bucharest-based One Cotroceni Park, developed by One United Properties.
  • Print Logistic's Polish HQ has been relocated to City Logistics Łódź VI, owned by Panattoni. The new production and office space, totalling nearly 6,200 sqm, is scheduled to open in May 2026. The deal was brokered by Savills.

New appointments

  • Nhood has appointed Mihaela Petruescu as the new Country Director for Property Services Romania & Poland as of October. She previously held leadership positions at large real estate firms, such as Cushman & Wakefield Echinox and CBRE Romania.
  • Daniel Orczyk has been named Senior Project Manager at the technical advisory department of Avison Young in Poland. He is a licensed structural engineer and building site manager with over 20 years of experience.
  • Łukasz Meisner has joined Peakside Capital Advisors as Head of Project Management. He will be responsible for the management of Peakside's investment projects in Poland, including overseeing the implementation of key investments within the City Point, Urban Parks, and Peakside Industrial logistics platforms.
