Hillwood is developing two Class A city warehouses in Warsaw’s Targówek district with a total area of almost 50,000 sqm. Completion of the first hall with an area of 24,600 sqm is scheduled for Q3 2020.
The new property will be located in Warsaw’s Targówek district at ul. Bardowskiego. The complex is well connected with the S8 express road and exit roads from Warsaw, including the A2 motorway. It is about 15 km to the Chopin International Airport. Hillwood Targówek can also be reached by public transport and rail.
The facility will be equipped with energy-saving LED lighting. At the request of clients, office space will also be created in the complex.
