Real estate developer Hagag Development Europe extends its collaboration with Global Vision. In addition to the property management of the developer’s office building H Victoriei 109, Global Vision will provide property management services for the residential project H Pipera Lake.

Romanian developer Global Vision has launched the developments of a new logistics park near Henri Coanda International Airport in Bucharest. Bucharest Airport Park will offer 13,520 sqm of space in two warehouses. The complex is being built on a 35,000 sqm land parcel, which the developer purchased last year for more than €5 million.
Globalworth Industrial, the industrial and logistics sub-brand of Globalworth, has begun construction at Constanța Business Park, the largest mixed-use project in Romania.
