GTC Serbia announced that it has managed to secure lease agreements with several new brands for its latest Belgrade development, Ada Mall. The opening of the 34,000 sqm mall is scheduled for autumn 2018.

GTC Serbia is investing over €100 million in the construction of Ada Mall. The developer received the final building permit for Ada Mall in mid-February 2017. The shopping centre will have approximately 34,000 sqm of gross lettable area (GLA) with 1,000 designated parking places and will be designed and built according to the highest international standards. The development is located in Cukarica, directly opposite Ada Ciganlija.

"We are proud to confirm that ADA Mall will house the first Cinestar cinema in Belgrade, a completely digitized cinema equipped according to the latest technological standards. We will also be the first to introduce to the Serbian market newcomer fashion brands Mohito and Forever 21, which will offer the latest international high street trends at an affordable price range. The first ASICS mono brand store in Belgrade will open within Ada Mall, which will operate alongside our other sports tenants Sport Vision, Planeta Sport, Nike, Buzz and Under Armour. We are currently negotiating with leading retailers in the market including H&M, Reserved, Sinsay, LC Waikiki, Orsay, Tom Tailor, Fashion&Friends, Guess, Replay, Superdry, DM and many others,” Peđa Petronijević, CEO of GTC Serbia announced.
