GTC has just obtained a building permit for a new office project in Katowice. Once finished, the Class A building will offer 18,315 sqm of state-of-the-art office space over 5 floors in the heart of Katowice. The building, inspired by Katowice’s modernist architecture, is designed by JEMS Architects.

The Moderna office building will comprise 18,315 sqm of lettable office space over 5 floors and 354 underground parking places. It will offer a combination of greenery with elements of architecture: high-quality materials, elegant lobby decor, open terraces and two green piazzas, wide communication corridors leading to modern conference rooms, a canteen and elevator halls. GTC intends to create a space for work and recreation, open to Katowice residents and guests. The office building will have a patio and provide convenient pedestrian communication to neighbouring properties. Moderna is expected to receive LEED Gold certification.
