GLP has completed the development of another logistics park near Warsaw. The 24,000 sqm GLP Warsaw V Logistics Centre is located next to the Grodzisk Mazowiecki Junction of Motorway A2. The logistics company No Limit will be its sole tenant.

With Warsaw V completed, GLP now has more than 160,000 sqm of advanced warehouse and production space available in the Mazovia region. All new GLP logistics centres have a storage height of 12 m and are fitted with numerous utility-saving solutions, including smart metering systems and solar-ready rooftops.

The 24,000 sqm of logistics and office space at GLP Warsaw V Logistics Centre has been fully leased to No Limit, a company with more than 30 years of experience developing international services in contract logistics, warehousing, distribution and transport.

Mariusz Rączka, Logistics Business Unit Director at No Limit, commented: “This investment comes in response to new projects and growing demand in the CEE region from our contract logistics clients. The technical specifications and excellent location of the warehouse are in line with No Limit’s strategy and strengthen our position in central Poland. Operations based on state-of-the-art warehouse automation technologies will enable us to expand our range of services and increase process efficiency. This is a very important step for our organisation.”

Magdalena Górska-Wojtas, Business Development Manager at GLP, commented: “For us, the area around Warsaw is a natural place to grow in order to meet the needs of our clients, for whom technologically advanced logistics buildings located near the country’s key transport routes offer a competitive advantage. We are now focused on beginning work on a 39,000 sqm warehouse and production facility in Stary Konik, next to a Motorway A2 junction, to meet increasing demand in the country.”

CFE was the general contractor of GLP Warsaw V Logistics Centre, and the client was represented by Space4Logistics.
