Ghelamco has begun the construction of the Craft office building in the centre of Katowice, near the Silesia City Center shopping centre.
The building will include 26,700 sqm of Class A office space. The building with a height of 55 metres will have 13 floors and a two-level underground car park for 218 vehicles. A further 28 parking spaces will be available outside. The building will feature state-of-the-art technology, including the SignalOS building operating system, which was developed by Ghelamco.
The design is by Katowice-based Pracownia Architektoniczna Czora & Czora, based in Katowice. The building is to be certified under BREEAM and will apply for a rating of 'Excellent'
