The new residential project Rezidence Radimova Břevnov will start construction in April in Prague 6, a few minutes from Prague Castle. The developer Geosan Development has now received a building permit and plans to start construction within a month. The residence should be completed within two years, the developer announced today.

The Radimova Břevnov residence will be built in the valley of the Břevnovský brook in Prague 6, in the district immediately adjacent to Prague 1 and Prague Castle. Right next to Kajetánka Park, Vincentinum Pond and a small chapel, a new trio of apartment buildings with seven to nine floors will be built. The residential complex with 68 flats will start construction in April this year, with completion planned for spring 2024. At the moment, according to the developer, over 80 percent of the flats have already been sold.

Selected family apartments and penthouses on the top floor of the residential project will also have their own winter garden. "For the maximum comfort of residents, we have also left spaces for retail units on the ground floor and the first floor," adds Jiří Baloun, of Geosan Development.

District of Prague 6 - Břevnov is one of Prague's addresses with a thousand-year history, good transport accessibility to the airport and the city centre, and complete civic amenities within walking distance.

Geosan Development has been operating on the Czech residential real estate market for more than 20 years. Since its establishment in 1998, it has completed 21 new buildings with a total of 2,300 apartments. It has other projects in various stages of preparation with approximately 1,000 apartments within the wider Prague city centre. As of 2018, it owns the Nagano Park office complex in Prague 3 with a total area of 26,000 sqm.
