Fortim, a member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliance, has expanded its property management portfolio with the office project Maestro Center in Cluj-Napoca and Tureni Industrial Park in Cluj County.
The office building has a leasable area of 7,000 sqm, while the industrial project spans 8,000 sqm. At present, the company’s property management division covers 100,000 sqm, including Bucharest-based office building America House, Hexagon Offices in Cluj-Napoca and Promenada Târgu Mureș shopping centre.
“We estimate that in the next period the number of the owners which will contract professional services for immovable administration will increase, both for large projects and business parks, and for medium sized buildings, on all commercial segments: offices, industrial and retail,” said Costin Nistor, Managing Director of Fortim T.A., member of BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliance.
Fortim has been supervised by Costin Nistor, Bogdan Cange and Nicolae Ciobanu starting December 2020.
