Romanian medical equipment distributor Dentstore has expanded its leased warehousing capacity in CTPark Bucharest to 8,500 sqm in a bid to accommodate higher demand from Romania and Bulgaria.

The partnership between CTP and Dentstore began in 2018, when the local distributor moved into 1,850 sqm of space at CTPark Bucharest, and gradually expanded.

"We always aim to offer our partners the chance to expand quickly and efficiently in their existing locations. We get to know our tenants and what they need from their space and when they are ready to expand, we help them by finding or building new space within our portfolio that is often tailored to their requirements,” said Nicoleta Gavrilă, Asset & Community Manager at CTP Romania.

CTPark Bucharest offers Class A warehouses for rent, designed for small and medium-sized businesses, with flexible spaces from 500 sqm to 6,000 sqm. The park, which offers approximately 570,000 sqm of logistics space, is the largest industrial park in CEE, located near Bucharest’s western entrance.

"In 2018, we chose CTPark Bucharest because it offered easy access to our main logistics routes, but also to Bucharest, where a large part of our customers are,” added Bogdan Tufeanu, General Manager of Dentstore.

CTP’s industrial network spans 10 countries and includes projects with a total leasable area of 10.9 million sqm.
