Dentons’ Real Estate team in Warsaw has advised Hines Global REIT on the sale of a portfolio of five logistics properties in Poland. The transaction value was approximately €140 million. The assets were acquired by Gemini Poland Holdcos, affiliates of Blackstone Group.

The portfolio, sold by Hines, consists of two warehouses in Warsaw, one in Wrocław and two in the Silesia region. All the properties are fully leased to tenants, which include ThyssenKrupp, LG Electronics, Johnson & Johnson and Toshiba.
 
The sale of the Polish portfolio is part of a larger transaction encompassing five logistics centres in Germany. The total value of assets acquired by Blackstone in both countries is in the region of €450 million.
 
Paweł Dębowski, Chairman of Dentons’ Europe Real Estate group supervised the project. Partner Bartłomiej Kordeczka led the transaction team with the support of senior associate Hanna Żarska and junior associates Maja Cywińska and Jacek Korcz.

New leases

  • UDH, one of Poland’s largest distributors of premium imported beers, has leased approximately 1,400 sq m of modern warehouse and office space at the Park Rysy Kraków distribution centre. The tenant, which has chosen to expand its operations in southern Poland, was once again represented by AXI IMMO.
  • Golden Star Estate has secured a long-term lease agreement with global technology solutions and consulting provider C&F for nearly 1,900 sqm of office space at the Konstruktorska Business Center. Following the transaction, the property, located in Warsaw’s Mokotów business district, is now almost fully leased. The Polish branch of C&F will officially relocate to the facility at the beginning of 2027.
  • Natland Group has committed to its long-term presence at Prague-based Rohan Business Center through a lease extension covering 2,004 sqm of office space, together with storage facilities and dedicated parking spaces, in a deal brokered by iO Partners.

New appointments

  • Indotek Group has announced the appointment of Diederik Bakker as Group Chief Investment Officer and Group Head of Asset Management. In his new role, the Dutch real estate investment professional will gradually assume responsibility for the company's ITAM (investment, transaction, and asset management) activities across 12 European countries, supporting the next phase of Indotek Group’s growth. His focus includes facilitating sound investment decisions across Europe and developing a group-level portfolio management strategy that combines local market knowledge with international asset management know-how.
  • Peakside Capital Advisors has appointed Bogi Gabrovic to advise the board and support its investment and acquisition activities in Poland. Gabrovic brings more than 25 years of CEE real estate experience to the role, having previously held senior executive positions at CTP, Golub & Company, and White Star Real Estate, where she managed transactions exceeding €2 billion.
  • Katarína Brydone, Jana Vlková and Vendula Maršová have been appointed as the first Equity Partners of Colliers’ Czech business. Brydone brings more than 20 years of experience in international real estate. Vlková has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Maršová, Partner and Head of Valuation and Advisory Services, brings more than 16 years of experience in real estate valuation and advisory.

CTP reports record leasing activity in H1 2026

CTP N.V. signed leases totalling 1,576,000 sqm in the first half of 2026, a 55% increase compared with the same period last year, including a new quarterly record of 813,000 sqm in Q2. Gross rental income rose 12.6% year-on-year to €413.3 million, while annualised rental income reached €858 million as at 30 June 2026. Like-for-like rental growth came in at 4.7%, supported by indexation and rent reversion. Occupancy remained stable at 93%, with a weighted average unexpired lease term of 6.1 years.

VGP Park Split earns first BREEAM Outstanding rating in Croatia

VGP and BuildGreen have secured a BREEAM New Construction V6 Outstanding rating for VGP Park Split - Building A, a 31,984 sqm logistics facility in Dugopolje, near Split, Croatia. Bratislava office market records steady vacancy in Q2 2026

Bratislava's total office stock stands at 1.75 million sqm, with A+ grade space accounting for 22%, grade A for 38% and grade B for the remaining 40%. No new office buildings were completed in the second quarter of 2026, though two projects are expected to be delivered in Q3: Dunaj (8,000 sqm) and Ganz House (9,400 sqm). The Bratislava Research Forum, whose members are CBRE, Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield and iO Partners, also notes that a methodological change introduced in Q4 2025 now limits the definition of a green building to those whose certifications reflect actual operational performance, focusing on building management, resource efficiency and long-term sustainability.
