The Delta Trans Group, a provider of logistics services with over 30 years of presence in the Polish market, has renegotiated and expanded its lease to around 17,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in Ruda Śląska in a property managed by Savills Investment Management. The tenant was advised during the renegotiation process by experts of real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

The Delta Trans Group, one of Poland’s largest logistics providers, comprises Delta Trans Transporte and Delta Trans Logistik. Ever since its inception, it has been providing international transport and customs services but has branched out into warehousing, manufacturing outsourcing, design and production of steel structures and specialized transport containers. The Delta Trans Group has seven offices throughout Poland and a fleet of over 300 vehicles.

“We have always been committed to continued investment in developing and maintaining high-quality infrastructure and implementing cutting-edge IT solutions to further enhance our service delivery and efficiency. Our growth strategy enables us to acquire new clients and expand the range of the cargo types we handle. The demand from clients and the awards and recognitions we receive every year are testament to our strong market position,” says Paweł Rzepka, Production and Logistics Director, Delta Trans Group.

“The rapid growth of the Delta Trans Group is reflected in its demand for modern warehouse and office space. Our role was to provide comprehensive support to the tenant,” says Michał Kozar, Associate, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Newmark Polska.

“Both the successful cooperation with the landlord and availability of space within the expected timeframe convinced the client to renew and expand its lease in Ruda Śląska. With this decision, the Delta Trans Group managed to avoid high relocation costs,” adds Jakub Kurek, Head of Industrial and Warehouse, Newmark Polska.

“The Delta Trans Group has once again decided to rely on our assistance and contracted us to represent it in the negotiations with the landlord of the building in Ruda Śląska. We are pleased that we were able to support our client once more in securing optimal space for its operations and that we lived up to its expectations,” says Janusz Dudek, Advisor, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Newmark Polska.

The property, managed by Savills Investment Management, offers warehouse and office space. Its major strength lies in easy access to skilled labour and its location in Silesia. The industrial park is located just 7 km from Ruda Śląska, 17 km from the centre of Katowice and 1.5 km from the DTŚ Route, which connects six cities of the Upper Silesian Conurbation.
