In response to growing demand in the Czech property market for specialist asset and market analysis, Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its Advisory service line with a newly established team of 3 dedicated professionals headed by Richard Hogg MRICS. In conjunction, Michal Naskos MRICS, a veteran of the valuation industry, becomes Head of Valuation Czech Republic.


The Advisory Services team will focus on delivering tailored property and market analysis in the areas of development and feasibility, asset optimisation and strategic planning. The team has specifically expanded its focus to include asset optimization and redevelopment, in support of clients seeking to keep pace with fast-changing market trends.

Richard is Head of the Valuation & Advisory Services team covering the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Richard joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1999 and worked in the London office prior to his move to the Czech Republic. He has now been active in the CEE market place since 2003. Richard became a Partner in 2011.  More »
Michal Naskos, Partner and Head of Valuation, has been active in the field for 17 years and is one of the most experienced valuers on the Czech market. He values real estate properties across all sectors and is Cushman & Wakefield’s banking sector specialist. In addition to supporting his clients Michal has also worked over many years to develop the valuation industry within the Czech Republic. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Association for the Development of the Real Estate Market (ARTN). Michal is a graduate of Charles University and is a Regulated RICS Valuer.
 
Richard Hogg, Partner has been Head of Valuation & Advisory Services for Cushman & Wakefield since 2007. He has been active in the Czech Market since 1999 having also worked for many years in Cushman & Wakefield’s UK based Hospitality team. Richard is a Regulated RICS Valuer and is HypZert Mortgage Lending Value Certified. He is a graduate of the Nottingham Trent University.

His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.
  • iO Partners has announced key leadership changes within its Czech Republic operations as part of its ongoing business evolution. Milan Kilik has been appointed as the new Head of Office Leasing, with a particular focus on client advisory and team collaboration. Concurrently, Petr Kareš has transitioned into the role of Occupier Business Development Director. In this new capacity, he will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and integrating services across Tenant Representation, Project Management, and Industrial Leasing.
  • Romanian office developer Genesis Property has appointed Cătălin Niculiță as Leasing Manager. With nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has held leadership roles at real estate companies such as Atenor, collaborating with major office tenants in the banking, telecom, and IT sectors.
