Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed an exclusive agent for leasing office space at Horizon Plaza in the Mokotów district in Warsaw.

Horizon Plaza is an office complex at 39A Domaniewska Street in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. It offers 35,000 sqm of leasable space with a typical floorplan of 2,500 sqm. The building features a two-level underground car park, a bicycle parking facility and showers for cyclists. Its nearby amenities include a shopping centre, a university, restaurants, canteens, hotels, a cosmetic surgery clinic, grocery stores and an ATM.

“Due to low office supply in Warsaw, we recommend Mokotów-Służewiec to companies seeking to relocate. It is a very interesting location with many amenities available to tenants. The district is becoming an increasingly important destination thanks to many infrastructure improvements currently underway,” says Dawid Wątorski, Associate, Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.

The owner of Horizon Plaza is a real estate fund managed by Union Investment.
