CUBE Office Park in Gdansk is currently going through a green transformation process. The refurbishment of the reception lobby in building A, which was completed last year, is just a glimpse of what tenants may expect in the near future. CUBE Office Park is managed by TFG Asset Management while real estate advisory firm Savills is the sole letting agent for office space in the complex.

The summer of 2022 saw the completion of the upgrade and rearrangement of the main lobby area in building A of CUBE Office Park, which was moved to a different location. Major new features include a large multimedia screen which serves as the building’s tenant directory and displays key information for employees in the office complex.

New LEDs with light intensity control have been fitted in the reception lobby to optimise electricity costs. The building also features new amenities for cyclists who will enjoy refurbished locker rooms and new sanitary facilities.

“With service charges continuing to rise, tenants are increasingly looking for buildings that would enable them to run a business in a sustainable, optimal and ESG-compliant way. I am pleased to see that our work has been recognised and appreciated by current and future tenants,” says Adrian Bojczuk, Leasing Director, TFG Asset Management.

The reception lobbies in buildings B and C are also scheduled for refurbishment in the coming months. TFG Asset Management, the property manager of CUBE Office Park, has also decided to further improve the ecosystem around the buildings. New trees and street furniture have been added in the central courtyard. The complex in Gdansk is also home to an apiary which produced over 60 litres of honey last year.

“A self-contained 5,000 sqm building within the CUBE Office Park will become available for lease in late June 2023; it can be an ideal headquarters for a company seeking independence. The complex already has a wide range of offices available starting from 50 sqm. The Jasień district, where CUBE Office Park is located, is experiencing rapid growth which is expected to be further driven by the opening of the new Nowa Warszawska tramline, which will connect Havla and Adamowicza avenues,” says Piotr Skuza, Head of Savills Tricity.

CUBE Office Park is a modern office complex comprising three self-contained buildings with a total area of 19,705 square metres. It is located in the southwestern part of the city, Jasień district, ul. Pałubickiego 2,4,6, and enjoys easy access to the centre of Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia.
