Crescon has started construction of the residential project Rezidence Starochodovská in Prague 11, featuring over 80 units, which is slated for completion at the end of 2027.
Currently, only about a quarter of apartaments remain available for sale and two commercial spaces will be created on the ground floor.
Rezidence Starochodovská will rise in the quiet part of Prague's Chodov district, characterised mainly by villa development. The immediate surroundings include kindergartens and primary schools, shops, restaurants and services. Public transport stops are just a few minutes' walk away (bus lines and metro C stations Chodov and Opatov). The location also offers proximity to greenery and numerous leisure activities.
"We are intensively developing our portfolio of urban and mountain housing. We want to offer clients thoughtful projects that make sense both for own living and from the perspective of long-term value and property investment," says Crescon's representative.
Besides urban housing, Crescon also operates in the recreational segment. In Pec pod Sněžkou it is building the Zahradky 1000 project, which includes 33 fully equipped apartments. The building, rising directly on the ski slope, will include a common room, reception, private wellness and ski room. The developer has also launched pre-sales of the Na Desítce project in Strážné, expanding the mountain apartment offer with 14 fully furnished units. Construction of this project is planned for H2 2026.
