by Property Forum | Report

Join Property Forum's exclusive investment survey to voice your thoughts on crucial topics impacting the investment landscape. By donating 60 seconds of your time and sharing your perspectives, you not only contribute to shaping the future of the industry but also stand a chance to secure a free ticket to the highly anticipated CEE Property Forum 2026 in Vienna on November 23-24.

How confident are you about the direction of the CEE investment market in 2026? Will we see a genuine recovery in transaction volumes or just a selective rebound driven by repricing and local capital? In our latest investment survey, we ask market players to share their expectations on investment activity, the return of foreign capital, financing conditions and the sectors offering the best risk-adjusted opportunities. From office and logistics to retail and living, we explore which asset classes are seen as most resilient and which markets in the region hold the strongest long-term growth story.

The survey takes only one minute to complete. We'll be accepting responses until March 15th. The winner of the one free ticket will be announced the week after.
