Hungarian residential developer Cordia is introducing a new, secure, online service that covers the entire home buying process, including virtual viewing and remote contract signing.
Hungary's largest housing developer is the first in the domestic market to develop a new, secure online solution for home-buying, covering every step of the process. This means that prospective buyers can now choose and buy their new flat without leaving their homes.
The selection of the specific apartment and the presentation of the project has so far taken place in the sales office of Cordia. This is now replaced by a video call: the salesperson introduces the project and presents possible choices via a 3D demonstration to the prospective buyer. The documents required for concluding the transaction are also presented via an online video call and the signed preliminary contract and the sales contract are delivered by courier. Later, before the apartment is handed over, the technical modifications can also be made via the Internet, using an online catalogue.
