Colliers has taken over the management of the second building of the Face2Face Business Campus office complex in Katowice, developed by Echo Investment and designed by Grupa 5 Architekci.

Face2Face Business Campus consists of two office buildings with a total area of over 46,000 sqm. The first of them, offering nearly 21,000 sqm, was commissioned in January last year and is also under the care of Colliers. The second building, with an area of 26,000 sqm, was handed over for use in December 2020. The project is located at the intersection of Grundmann and Chorzowska streets, in the immediate vicinity of the city centre and the DTŚ ring road. The investment was developed by Echo Investment, and designed by Grupa 5 Architekci.

Apart from office space Face2Face Business Campus offers over 3,000 sqm for service and commercial premises, as well as parking spaces located around the property and in underground car parks. The complex was designed in accordance with sustainable construction standards and has been certified in the BREEAM system at the Excellent level. The buildings offer charging stations for electric vehicles, bicycle parking spaces, as well as changing rooms and showers for cyclists. At Face2Face, Echo Investment paid a lot of attention to shared space. An outdoor basketball court, a chillout zone with deckchairs and benches, flower meadows and green areas - all this is offered by the patio located between the buildings.

“Taking over the management of the second building of the Face2Face complex is doubly important to us - it is an extension of our cooperation with Echo Investment, for whom we will be now managing the fifth property, and it contributes to the expansion of our portfolio in the Upper Silesia region. Strengthening our presence in Katowice is one of our business objectives, which we have been consistently implementing. We currently manage three office buildings there with a total area of over 66,600 sqm”, says Agnieszka Krzekotowska, partner and director of the Property Management at Colliers.

Colliers in Katowice, apart from the two buildings of the Face2Face Business Campus office complex, is also the manager of the .KTW I office building.
