Colliers International has been appointed to manage the first stage of the Face2Face Business Campus in Katowice, which is being developed by Echo Investment. The commission brings the Silesian portfolio of Colliers’ property management department up to more than 40,000 sqm of office space.

Face2Face Business Campus is a complex of two office buildings located in the former Huta Baildon sports hall. The lower, seven-storey building, is already in use, while the construction of the fourteen-storey second building is to be completed by the end of 2020. The complex will eventually offer a total of over 46,000 sqm of office space and additional retail and service premises.

Colliers International will be managing the first stage of the complex, which comprises almost 21,000 sqm of offices. Dazn, Stats and Honeywell have offices in the building, while Medicover Polska has opened a medical centre. A total of 765 parking spaces are to be provided in underground car parks and around the buildings as well as electric car charging stations, spaces for bicycles and cabinets and showers for cyclists. Face2Face, which has been designed by Grupa 5 Architekci, is to be BREEAM certified at the ‘Excellent’ level.

“We are constantly expanding our portfolio in regional cities. We have been present in Katowice since 2016. Currently, we manage a prestigious and recognisable office building there. By being added to our Silesian portfolio, Face2Face will significantly increase its value,” comments Agnieszka Krzekotowska, Partner and Property Management Director at Colliers International.

Optimism prevails in CEE real estate as geopolitical risk looms large

by Property Forum
CEE's real estate market enters the second quarter of 2026 in a mood of measured confidence. According to Property Forum's survey of nearly 200 real estate professionals from across the region, the majority expect either stable but selective deal flow or a moderate recovery in transaction activity over the next 12 months. Regional CEE investors are seen as the primary engine of dealmaking, while foreign capital is expected to return only selectively. Residential and logistics assets lead on risk-adjusted appeal, and Poland remains the undisputed long-term growth leader. Yet beneath the cautious optimism, one concern towers above all others: geopolitical tensions, cited by nearly two-thirds of respondents as the greatest threat to the market.
