Colliers International has been assigned to assist YIT Slovakia in leasing the Pradiareň 1900 office building. After the opening, Colliers International REMS will be assisting the developer with property management.
Pradiareň 1900, a former thread factory is being transformed into a modern office building. After refurbishment, it will offer a gross lettable area of 11,750 sqm of office space, while further 3,110 sqm will be dedicated to retail.
Colliers International will be assisting YIT not only with the leasing process but will also be involved in the management of the property. In addition to standard property management services, Colliers International REMS team's task involves the creation and support of the local community and property’s marketing.
