Sylwia Pędzińska, Senior Partner at Colliers International and Head of the Workplace Innovation department, has been appointed head of a newly created Innovation & Knowledge department for Colliers’ Polish business. Dorota Osiecka will replace Sylwia as the new director of Workplace Innovation.


In her new role, Sylwia will be responsible for initiating, testing, managing and implementing new solutions at Colliers, not only new technologies but also social changes.
 
“My task will be to promote a modern approach to business among our employees. The result will be a forward-looking view of the real estate sector which will help our employees adapt to the latest technologies and innovations. The new approach will translate into even better services for our clients,” says Sylwia Pędzińska.

Sylwia Pędzińska is a Senior Partner at Colliers International and a Director of Workplace Innovation – a department responsible for creating workplace design strategies and advising on change management. Moreover, as a Partner, Sylwia co-creates strategies for Colliers International in Poland and supervises its implementation. Sylwia joined the company in 2004. She was responsible for operational part of the business. She assisted the Managing Partner, planned and supervised the work of the following teams: administration, human resources, IT, finance and accounting, and legal. One of Sylwia’s main tasks was the development of the company aimed at modern and innovative business. As Managing Partner for Poland, Monika is responsible for the strategic and operational activities of the company. Monika has 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. She is a member of RICS, the CEO Round Table, Young Presidents’ Organization and Women Leadership in Business Foundation. Monika’s passion for real estate and her focus on providing a complex and tailored service to clients has been recognised among market professionals. In April 2015, Monika was named Professional of the Year in the prestigious industry competition the CEE Quality Awards co-organised by the Financial Times. Monika is one of the twelve members of the Colliers EMEA Board, which determines the company’s strategy in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. More »
Sylwia Pędzińska joined Colliers International in 2004, since then she has been responsible for operational parts of the business. She assisted the Managing Partner and planned and supervised the work of teams in administration, human resources, IT, finance, accounting and law. One of Sylwia's main tasks was to develop Colliers as a modern and innovative company. In terms of operations, she has also helped Colliers International develop its offices in Polish regional cities. In 2010, Sylwia joined the group of partners with whom she has co-created Colliers International’s strategy in Poland and helped to implement it. From 2016, Sylwia was the director of the newly created Workplace Innovation department.
 
After Sylwia takes over the Innovation & Knowledge position, Dorota Osiecka will become head of the Workplace Innovation department and she will continue the development of this business line.

Since 2008 she has been concentrating on the field of Workplace Innovation, working on major workplace transformation projects for clients in the UK and globally as Senior Strategy Consultant in DEGW London. In 2012 she became one of the leaders of Strategic Workplace consulting on the Polish market. Dorota combines deep knowledge and expertise in creating successful work environments with a broad range of organizational research tools, strong business acumen and practical experience gained through leading major strategic initiatives for large multinational organizations as well as smaller clients in Poland and worldwide. Dorota joined the Workplace Innovation department at Colliers in 2016. She has over 12 years of experience in consulting, strategic projects and change management. Since 2008, she has specialised in workplace strategy. Initially, she dealt with the implementation of workplace innovation solutions in London, as a Senior Strategy Consultant at DEGW London, and since 2012 she has been working in the Polish market. Dorota has a wealth of knowledge about the functional optimisation of the working environment and about tools that enable research and analysis of an organisation's needs. One of her strong points is the practical experience gained during many projects carried out internationally and in Poland.

  • LAPP Romania has renewed its lease for approximately 2,000 sqm within CTP Romania's CTPark Bucharest, in a deal brokered by iO Partners.
  • Astellas Pharma has renegotiated its lease for offices at One Floreasca Bucharest in a deal brokered by Fortim Trusted Advisors, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate.
  • Czech furniture industry supplier Hranipex, a provider of edge banding, adhesives, cleaning products, and accessories, has leased nearly 3,000 sqm of warehouse space at CTPark Bucharest South. The company has relocated its operations to the new facility and is currently fully operational within the park.

New appointments

  • PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.
  • iO Partners has announced key leadership changes within its Czech Republic operations as part of its ongoing business evolution. Milan Kilik has been appointed as the new Head of Office Leasing, with a particular focus on client advisory and team collaboration. Concurrently, Petr Kareš has transitioned into the role of Occupier Business Development Director. In this new capacity, he will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and integrating services across Tenant Representation, Project Management, and Industrial Leasing.
  • Romanian office developer Genesis Property has appointed Cătălin Niculiță as Leasing Manager. With nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has held leadership roles at real estate companies such as Atenor, collaborating with major office tenants in the banking, telecom, and IT sectors.
