Solida Capital Group has secured project financing from Santander Bank Polska for the conversion of a centrally located Warsaw office building, the company announced on LinkedIn. The project involves refurbishing and transforming the existing building into a modern 268-room aparthotel, which will be the first Staycity Group-operated property in Poland.

Zeitgeist Asset Management has completed the sale of six apartment buildings in Prague to the investment company BHM Group. The international advising company Charles Irvine has brokered the transaction.

Charles Irvine, the London-based real estate capital markets firm  has announced a strategic alliance with Rego Group, a commercial real estate advisory firm based in Vilnius, Lithuania, marking an expansion in the Baltic region. 

Charles Irvine Group LLP and ARC Capital Markets have agreed to merge in an equity swap deal. The new entity will operate under the Charles Irvine name, combining operations across the UK, Poland, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, with plans to expand into Amsterdam and Milan between 2026 and 2028.
