CBRE has selected large plots of land suitable for industrial construction with a total area of 250,000 sqm in a strategic location right next to the D11 motorway near Hradec Králové and mediated their sale. In cooperation with Panattoni, a new logistics centre for a major retail player (also represented by CBRE) with an area of 50,000 sqm will soon be built here. Up to 900 jobs will be created in the region in the future.

"The land is strategically located right next to the newly built part of the D11 motorway with excellent connections to Poland and Prague. Our work here began several years ago when we managed to estimate the exceptional potential of this location,” comments Lukáš Šaling, Head of Transactions and Consulting at CBRE Czech Republic. "At the moment, together with the developer, we are already working on processing the demand for the remaining 25,000 sqm of warehouse space,” he adds.

Panattoni Park Hradec Králové North will build on its predecessor called South and thus bring additional capacity to supply the entire Hradec Králové and Pardubice regions. In 2022, it will be accessible directly from the motorway via the newly built exit 104 (Smiřice). The East Bohemian metropolis with a rich industrial tradition is located about an 80-minute drive from Prague, 140 minutes from Wroclaw, Poland and 160 minutes from Dresden, Germany.
