Cavare has signed an agreement to sell the Palio C project on Jana z Kolna Street in Gdańsk to Urban Partners, formerly known as Nrep.

The transaction covers 336 rental apartments with a total net lettable area of 10,177 sqm, plus 495 sqm of retail space. The project is scheduled for completion in Q4 2027 and will operate under the Lett brand.

Palio C is part of the wider Palio mixed-use project that will complement the established office function in the area.

This sale follows Cavare's earlier PRS transaction in Warsaw at Ostrobramska Street, where the company sold a forward-funded PRS project consisting of 143 apartments and approximately 4,600 sqm of net lettable space to LifeSpot, a long-term rental platform managed by Griffin Capital Partners.

The transaction aligns with Cavare's strategy to build a PRS platform in Poland. The company's development pipeline currently includes over 2,700 rental apartments across the country's largest cities. Cavare was advised by Dentons and CBRE Poland.
