Property developer Campeador says it has secured a loan worth €4.5 million from CEC Bank to continue the construction of its residential project in Timișoara. 


The first phase of the project comprising 190 apartments is slated for delivery in April 2022. Campeador City will comprise eight blocks of flats in total alongside commercial spaces and facilities for residents. 

In the year to date, the developer has delivered over 3,000 residential units in seven projects across Romania and Austria. The company was also involved in infrastructure, industrial and retail developments. 

PCF Investment Banking assisted Campeador on the finacing structure.
