CA Immo says it has obtained the COVID-19 Compliant certification for its entire Romanian portfolio that comprises seven office buildings with a total leasable area of over 165,000 sqm.
The certification was granted by Safe Asset Group and DEKRA Trusted Facility and it confirms the implementation of measures designed to limit the spread of the virus.
Marian Roman, Managing Director of CA Immo Real Estate Management Romania, says that 15,000 people are generally working in the group’s local buildings.
“CA Immo vacancy remains less than 10% even if our portfolio in Romania had constantly expanded, approximately 60,000 sqm being added only in the last three years,” said Roman, according to a statement.
At group level, CA Immo manages property assets with a combined value of €5.7 billion in Germany, Austria and Central and Eastern Europe.
