Savills, together with Eastdil Secured, has advised Macquarie Capital Principal Finance and Elite Partners Capital on the sale of a pan-European logistics portfolio, Elite Logistics Fund I to Blackstone European Property Income Fund (BEPIF) for €520 million.

The portfolio has been aggregated over a two year period and includes 12 logistics and industrial assets in the UK, Poland, Spain, Germany and the Czech Republic. They are currently predominantly occupied by major 3PL operators and includes BTS dedicated to one of the global food and beverage leaders.

John Palmer, Head of Industrial Investment, Savills Poland, says, “Over 40% of the total GLA of these assets are located in Poland, in Mszczonów near Warsaw and in Gdańsk. This highlights the growing demand and importance of the Polish market for investors in the warehousing and logistics sector”.
