The region’s largest shopping centre Galerija Belgrad will open on 30 October. With a total area of 300,000 sqm, Galerija Belgrade will offer local and international brands in one place, dozens of cafes and restaurants, two entertainment complexes, a cinema with the most advanced IMAX technology and as many as 3,600 parking places.


The shopping centre covers an area of 300,000 square meters, including an above-ground area of 143,000 sqm, of which 93,000 sqm is for rent. Galerija Belgrade is part of Belgrade Waterfront, a large-scale mixed-use real estate development project worth €2.5 billion.

Belgrade Waterfront, developed by UAE-based developer Eagle Hills, will span 1.8 million square meters and will house a number of elements. The Kula Belgrade, which is the city’s tallest building standing at 168 metres tall will be a part of the development as well as hotels, office buildings, and 7000 residential units.
