Basecamp Student has signed a facility agreement for refinancing their student housing project in Wrocław with a loan in the amount of €36 million, Colliers announced on LinkedIn.
Colliers experts Mariusz Mroczek and Arkadiusz Zwoliński advised BaseCamp in the transaction.

The project is brand new - it was completed last year," says Mariusz Mroczek, Director at Colliers. "This transaction confirms that BaseCamp is perceived as a trustworthy brand and proves that banks are ready to finance student housing projects in Poland also in EUR currency”.
