AYA Properties Fund, the Belgium-based real estate investor focused on CEE, has completed the acquisition of Sienna Center, a Class A office complex in central Warsaw, from CA Immo.

Completed in 1998, Sienna Center offers approximately 20,000 sqm of gross leasable area and around 210 parking spaces. As of April 2026, the building was approximately 96% occupied, with a Wault of close to 4.0 years.

The complex includes a restaurant, bookstore, notary office, coworking space, and office units. Furthermore, the project is Breeam-certified and aligned with AYA's sustainability standards.

"Its central location protects long-term value, and as the surrounding district continues to develop, we are confident the asset will deliver attractive running yields for many years to come," said Mateusz Siejka, CIO, AYA Properties Fund

AYA's investment vision is to invest in high-quality, sustainable assets — offices, logistics, and PRS — in AAA locations leased to top-tier tenants.
