Cushman & Wakefield’s sales team managed the sale of approximately 45,000 sqm of land in the area of Borská pole in Plzeň for its client, Precision Castparts Corp. The purchaser, Arete, is aiming to redevelop the area.
The new Arete Park Plzeň will provide more than 18 000 sqm of premium areas for light production, assembly and logistics. As part of the new construction, the principles of long-term sustainability of the entire project, the use of renewable energy sources and last but not least BREEAM certification will be applied as well.
