Arete has completed the disposal of Arete Park Trenčín, a fully leased industrial asset in Slovakia with a total gross leasable area of approximately 5,600 sqm, to Erste Asset Management acting on behalf of Erste Realitná Renta, for an undisclosed purchase price.

Czech investment group Arete has secured €30 million financing from PKO Bank Polski for its Arete Park Rzeszów project, a modern logistics and distribution complex. The Class A logistics park offers nearly 90,000 sqm of gross leasable area.

Panattoni has completed the sale of Panattoni Park Rzeszów North, a 90,000 sqm logistics complex in Poland, to pan-European asset management firm Arete Investment Group for close to €60 million. The facility is fully leased and consists of two class A buildings completed in early 2023.

The penultimate unit at ARETE Park Rokycany I has been completed and handed over to its new tenant, the local subsidiary of the French company Hutchinson. 

A new unit in Arete Park Rokycany 1 has been completed and handed over to the tenant, Safran Cabin CZ, a manufacturer of cabin interiors. The unit is part of the park's second building, which is expected to have a total leasable area of more than 15,000 sqm.

Czech-based investment and real estate group Arete has announced the acquisition of a major logistics park in western Poland. The seller was a joint venture of Panattoni Europe and Kajima Properties. The price has not been disclosed. With this move, Arete expands its operations beyond the Czech Republic and Slovakia, entering the Polish market. This acquisition strengthens the portfolio of the Arete Industrial fund, increasing its total leasable area by 25% and raising the value of assets under management to over €300 million.

The last unit of Arete Park Valašské Meziříčí has been finished and handed over to DB Schenker, completing the other two units in this park used by the same tenant.

The extension of ARETE Park Plzeň Borská pole for Czech logistics and technology company Zásilkovna has been completed and handed over to the tenant for use.

The expansion of Arete Park Dunajská Streda has received a building permit. It will offer an additional 13,000 sqm of modern space for storage, logistics or light manufacturing, within driving distance of Bratislava, Budapest and Vienna.

The investment and real estate group ARETE has announced that Jiří Król, an expert in alternative investments and manager with more than 20 years of experience in international leadership positions in investment institutions is joining the Supervisory Board of its investment fund, ARETE INDUSTRIAL SICAV, as of 1st February 2024.
