Retail developer Apsys Polska has started preparing its first residential project, which will be built in Warsaw’s Mokotów area in a joint venture with an undisclosed partner.

Apsys is planning to build two premium apartment buildings on a plot of almost 0.4 ha at ul. Bartłomieja 2, near the Służewiec racecourse. These will be five-storey buildings with app. 100 apartments.

The functional and architectural concept for the project has already been drawn up by the Fiszer Atelier 41 studio. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2021.

“We are pleased that by expanding the activities of Apsys Polska into the residential market we will be able to provide our clients with solutions in the three most important social areas. With a wider non-retail offer, shopping centres are currently the third most important places in our everyday lives. By entering the office market, which we plan to do in the near future, we will also be working on the second most important type of space. We are ready to take on the challenge and now will be developing first and most important place – the home,” Benoît Charles, President and CEO at Apsys Polska explained.
