Alesonor, a Greek-held property development company, plans to invest €100 million in an energy-efficient residential project in the northern part of Bucharest.


Alex Skouras, Managing Partner of Alesonor will join the Romanian developers' roundtable at the upcoming SEE Property Forum 2018.

The project, which will include 400 “green villas”, will be developed on a 31-hectare land.

Alenosor, established in 2003 by four Greek businessmen, has already delivered several residential projects in Romania.
