Current statistics of AFI Home's rental portfolio for H1 2025 have revealed a combination of factors working well on the market in Prague.
Seventy per cent of AFI Home Prague residents have extended their contracts for another year. More tenants are looking for a place that will become their home and provide them with stability, and maintain flexibility in cases where their life circumstances change. "The fact that seven out of ten clients stay with us proves that our rental housing concept is the right way forward. We do not just provide a place to live, but a comprehensive service," explains Elena Pisotchi, Rental Housing Manager at AFI Home.
These include 24/7 security, professional maintenance and management, additional services (from a supermarket to a laundry to coworking spaces) and common areas. "The most common reason for leaving is job changes requiring relocation to other cities or abroad. However, we must remain the first choice for such tenants when they return to Prague," describes Pisotchi.
AFI Home currently manages almost 900 units. AFI Home responds to the growing demand and expands its portfolio. It is executing the Nová Elektra project with 291 apartments, and is preparing the project called V Koryty, where 519 new units will be created.
