Israeli real estate developer AFI Europe plans to invest €200 million euro in the construction of a residential and shopping complex in Belgarde, the Serbian capital’s mayor Siniša Mali announced.
The complex, named Skyline Belgrade, is expected to have a total floor area of 68,000 sqm. It will include 34,000 sqm of residential space, a 30,000 sqm shopping mall and 4,000 sqm of additional retail area. The project involves the construction of three towers, two of them residential. Construction is to begin at the end of this summer and is expected to last 4-5 years.
Skyline Belgrade will be located on Kneza Miloša Road in downtown Belgrade, on a land plot that was purchased by AFI Europe for €12 million last year.
Two more brands have joined the ranks of tenants at Galeria Copernicus in Toruń: Żabka (60 sqm) and the pet shop Aquael ZOO (170 sqm).
The company PKB Inwest Budowa has announced that the retail chain Lidl Polska will be a tenant of the newly developed Retail Park in Garwolin. The investment will include the construction of 3 buildings with a total area of 11,045 sqm. GLA. One of
of them with an area of over 2,100 sqm will be occupied by a Lidl Polska shop.
Peek & Cloppenburg has chosen the Szczecin Galaxy shopping centre to make its debut in West Pomerania in Poland. The brand's only shop in this part of the country will be almost two thousand square metres in size.
