The complex, named Skyline Belgrade, is expected to have a total floor area of 68,000 sqm. It will include 34,000 sqm of residential space, a 30,000 sqm shopping mall and 4,000 sqm of additional retail area. The project involves the construction of three towers, two of them residential. Construction is to begin at the end of this summer and is expected to last 4-5 years.

Skyline Belgrade will be located on Kneza Miloša Road in downtown Belgrade, on a land plot that was purchased by AFI Europe for €12 million last year.
