In Q1 2021 Accolade signed new lease agreements in Poland of total GLA amounting to more than 61 000 sqm. Thanks to this quarter, Accolade´s portfolio has increased by 6 new tenants and the total rental space increased year to year by over 150 000 sqm, ultimately hitting the 750 000 sqm mark.

“It is now crystal clear that modern warehouses are playing a major role in everybody´s daily life. They are a key part of European economics. The demand is rising and I am extremely proud that we can keep up with the current boom and continue giving our tenants what they need. Our modern halls are not just technologically well-equipped, but many times offer one of the most ecological solutions in the field of industrial real estate. Thanks to the flexibility of our projects, we can easily adapt to the needs that companies have and we are prepared for another expansion in 2021,” comments Michal Białas, Country Head for Poland.

Leases closed in Q1 include tenants from the fields of veterinary services and production, e-commerce, logistics, supply and manufacture of furniture, and food manufacture. They were closed in the following industrial locations: Gorzów Wielkoposki (3 agreements), Goleniów (2 agreements), Białystok, Bydgoszcz, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Kielce and Lublin.
