The region’s largest shopping centre Galerija Belgrad will open on 30 October. At the beginning of December, Delta Holding will launch the construction of a new office building, Delta House in Belgrade which will house the company's future headquarters, local media reports. Nordeus, independent mobile gaming company based in Belgrade, chose GTC’s office centre to create their new studio. To accommodate a team of 170 people, the creator of competitive games leased 6,000 sqm across seven floors with three additional underground levels for parking.
