CTP Invest's first project in Serbia - construction of CTPark Belgrade West - has been completed successfully.

CTP Serbia completed its first own-built facility near Šimanovci and welcomed a new tenant – Emmezeta, who have taken up almost half of the 14,000 sqm facility. CTP is very satisfied and grateful to the client for their excellent cooperation during the construction process. Also, the project was completed within the agreed deadline and budget; and the quality of the construction are the results of the work, efforts and mutual understanding of all the participants in the project.

Country Head of Serbia Vlatko Djuricek pointed out that CTP is simultaneously working on three other projects in Novi Sad, Kragujevac and Novi Banovci.

The plan is for CTP to realize the project in Novi Banovci and open the largest logistics center in the Belgrade area, with a total surface of 75,000 sqm, during  2020. According to Vlatko Djuricek, building permits have already been obtained and intensive works are expected to commence as well.

Domestic and foreign companies with the need for storage or production space or business expansion in Kragujevac, Novi Sad and Belgrade, can contact the country management for more information. CTP Serbia is open to cooperation with small and large companies, foreign and domestic investors.
