The Belgrade city government has invited bids for the sale of the Sava congress centre at a minimum price of€ 27.42 million.


All natural and legal persons who submit a complete bid and pay a 10% deposit by 21 August will be able to participate in the auction. The bids will be opened on August 21.

The buyer will undertake to keep the purpose of the congress centre and invest at least €50 million in its overhaul within five years after the payment of the purchase price.

The Sava congress centre has a total area of 100,000 sqm, including a 4,000-seat theatre hall, 15 conference halls, an exhibition area, restaurants, bars, offices and shops.
