Sylwia Toczyska is a Partner Associate at Deloitte, a leading global provider of audit and assurance, consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory, tax and related services. She has 20 years of international accounting and tax practice. Her extensive track record includes services provided to international corporations and private equity firms entering the Polish market. Having provided support to big real estate market players purchasing properties in the CEE region, she has gained considerable knowledge of the real estate sector and a good understanding of the changes that have occurred during the last 15 years. She regularly serves as a speaker and participates in local and international seminars, such as “Doing business in Poland”, or in conferences, such as Expo Real, MIPIM or CEE Property Forum. As a mentor in the “Top Woman in real estate” and “Woman That Matters” initiatives, she strongly supports and promotes women in business. Before joining Deloitte, Sylwia had worked for 13 years in the outsourcing business where she had held different managerial positions.
