Ivan Cakarevic is co-founder and MD of Turaquadra, a regional brokerage platform for premium residential properties. With over 15 years of hands-on property development experience, Ivan has been involved in the conception, development, and commercialization of leading masterplan developments, such as Porto Montenegro and Belgrade Waterfront. He specializes in mixed-use urban and resort projects featuring premium residential, hotel, office and retail components. Ivan holds a Master in Business Administration degree in Finance from Goizueta Business School, Emory University in Atlanta, USA, and is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
