Silvija Iliskovic Balagovic MRICS

Silvija is a founder and Managing Director of Hotelis, an independent RICS-regulated firm specialising in hospitality consulting and valuations. Besides advising hotel investors and owners, she has often been invited to hold lectures on hotel valuations and development. Prior to founding Hotelis, she held positions of Managing Director at Hotel Partner and Project Manager at Horwath HTL Croatia where she was engaged in a significant number of advisory and valuation projects for major regional hotel companies. Silvija holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and has attended executive programs at Cornell School of Hotel Administration. She is one of the founding members of AlpAdria Eastern Europe Chapter of Cornell Hotel Society where she currently serves as chapter president.
