Csaba Bálint joined OTP Bank Romania in the beginning of 2008. Between 2008 and 2014, he worked in the bank's Risk Division in different positions, being responsible for macroeconomic stress testing excises and credit scorecard developments. At the end of 2014, he moved to the Finance and Planning Division as macroeconomic analyst, where he works with OTP Group's Research team, preparing analysis and forecasts about the Romanian economy, financial markets and banking system. He also teaches at universities in Oradea and Cluj-Napoca. Csaba passed the level III CFA exam in 2016 and holds M.Sc. in finance from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. Currently, he is a PhD student at the same university.
