Managing Director
Costin Nistor has been the Managing Director of Fortim Trusted Advisors, an Alliance Member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, since 2020, when he made a buyout management with two partners. He has over 20 years’ worth of experience in real estate, including property management, office advisory, residential sales, and asset management for tenants. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Bucharest in International Relations and European studies. Fortim Trusted Advisors was founded in 2002 and since its acquisition by the Romanian shareholders, the company has grown for two consecutive years. In 2022, the turnover increased by 25%, compared to 2021, after an expansion of 30% in 2021, compared to 2020.
