Between 2017 - 2023, Costin was the Head of Industrial Department in JLL Romania and was responsible to coordinate the growth of the Industrial Agency department. Client relationship management and generating spin-off business for the wider company were the key methods in achieving this role. In the beginning of 2020, the Energy and Infrastructure business line emerged as a promising opportunity. The preferred strategy for development was the establishment of greenfield PV projects in Romania. By 2023, projects began attaining Ready to Build (RTB) status, with several landmark projects completed, collectively totalling over 450 MWp. The project pipeline remains robust, with over 490 MWp in various stages of development. Costin is leading the largest team in the energy and infrastructure business of real-estate company in Romania.
