With 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, Bogdan Bălașa currently serves as the General Director of HILS Development. Under his leadership, 3 out of the 6 launched projects have been successfully completed and are now operational. The largest of these projects, HILS Pallady, features 12 buildings with 1,908 apartments, along with 5,265 square meters of office and commercial space. This project embodies the mixed-use concept and HILS Development's vision for sustainable and durable community construction.
