ZDR Investments has completed this year´s first acquisition, reports Newstream.cz. The fund for qualified investors has listed in their portfolio the Billa grocery store with subsequent retail in the Kunratice district of Prague.


The property has a rentable area of ​​1,899 sqm. The main tenant is the food chain Billa, belonging to the Austrian group REWE International AG. Other tenants include the discount chain Pepco and the tobacco and print chain Traficon.

Fund ZDR Investments SICAV a.s. invests primarily in discount retail real estate in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Germany and Croatia. It was established in 2018, and over the last year has seen an appreciation of investments at the level of 8.9%. The portfolio of the ZDR Investments group of real estate funds includes 64 properties with a total rentable area of ​​303,000 sqm worth almost CZK 13.2 billion.
