The investment group YD Capital and the fund of the international investment company Albatris have joined forces within the framework of the Slavkov Cihelna project in Slavkov near Brno.

This first joint project represents a development that paves the way for potential wider cooperation between the YD Group and the Albatris investment fund.

The project is divided into 2 stages of 12.5 hectares. In the 1st stage, 10 buildings will be built, and an office building of 11,950 sqm is planned at the entrance to the area. In the 2nd stage, production and storage halls and office buildings of 26,380 sqm are planned.

Founded in 2019, YD Capital has already established itself in the real estate market. Its portfolio mainly consists of properties in premium locations and development projects. The Cihelna Slavkov project represents an important part of the group's portfolio, where YD Capital consolidated the ownership structure thanks to the partnership with the Albatris fund.

As part of the Cihelna Slavkov project, both investment groups aim for interesting IRR and attractive returns for investors in the range of 9-15% per year.
